My Favorite On The Go Breakfasts

We all know that moms are always lacking for time. I find myself grabbing one of these things to eat in the morning more often than not, and I have truly learned that these quick breakfasts keep my energy level up higher than when I choose to forgo breakfast.


1. Coconutmilk Yogurt with Granola

I personally prefer coconut yogurt over dairy yogurt and find myself reaching for this brand, So Delcious, over and over - it is SO good! I throw some granola (shout out to the best: Sunday House) and fresh fruit on top and am good to go.



2. Kodiak Cakes Oatmeal Packets

Nothing was ever easier than this breakfast. I mix it with oat milk, heat it up in the microwave and throw fresh fruit on top and - BAM - a healthy, easy, and delicious breakfast.



3. Strawberry Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

Smoothies are easy and my kids like them for breakfast too! For my morning go to I use:

- Wyman's mango berry mix (blueberries, strawberries, mango)

- whole banana

- handful of spinach

- oat milk

- 1 tablespoon on hemp, chia, and seeds mix

- spoonful of peanut butter


Sometimes, and only if I am making it JUST for me (aka my kids aren't around) I will add protein powder, collagen powder, probiotic powder, matcha powder, or whatever I am in the mood for that day! It really just depends.
